Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Each product is made to order. It usually takes 2–7 business days to fulfill your order, after which it ships out.
Typical delivery times:

Where will my order ship from?
We work with a global print-on-demand fulfillment network, so your order will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to you for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country’s laws. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
💡 Pro tip: include your phone number when ordering internationally — it helps couriers reach you if there are any delivery issues.
My order should be here by now — what should I do?
Before contacting us, please:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any address mistakes.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Check with neighbours in case the courier left it nearby.
If your address was correct and the package still hasn’t arrived, email hello@wavetheflags.com with your order number. If you entered an incorrect address, we can send a replacement order at your expense.

How are your products made?
We partner with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand supplier with facilities worldwide. Your items are made and shipped from the location that can deliver most efficiently to you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. For tracking issues, contact hello@wavetheflags.com with your order number.
I received a wrong or damaged product — what should I do?
We’re sorry that happened! Please email hello@wavetheflags.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. We’ll get it sorted right away.
Why does my item have a slight smell or residue?
Some garments may have a mild “printing” smell or light discoloration from the printing process. This is completely normal and disappears after one wash. Our inks are water-based and eco-friendly.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
All items are printed to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for wrong or damaged items. Please email hello@wavetheflags.com with photos and your order number if this applies.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Because each product is made on demand, we can’t offer size or color exchanges. Please check the sizing chart before ordering. If an item is mislabeled, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund it.
